At this event we would like to trial a new digital survey platform to help us gather feedback from our events and better understand our clients’ innovation needs.

This digital survey platform is provided by a third party and it is a condition of the trial that all participants are aware of the associated disclosure of information policy:

Information we share with third parties. We may share your information with selected third parties including:

• any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006.

• business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors for the performance of any contract we enter into with them or you.

• analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our Services.

If you have any questions regarding this policy, or if you would like to be excluded from the trial, please do let us know.
